LED displeja ekrānu testēšanas metodes

LED displeja ekrāna atkļūdošana ir sadalīta trīs posmos: Sagatavošanās darbs pirms atkļūdošanas; Debugging the display area controlled by a single receiving card (usually a box); Debugging the large screen.

One Preparation before debugging:

Install the relevant software for the LED studio.

Confirm that the sending card is fully connected to the computer.

Need to change the resolution of the computer graphics card and set the computer display mode, taking NVIDIA graphics card as an example.

a. Right click and select NVIDIA Control Panel. Enter the following screen and select theChange Resolutionoption in the left window to make the resolution of the computer graphics card the same as that of the sending card. It will be mentioned later where to choose the resolution of the sending card (Step 3 in the second step).

b. Select the option to set multiple displays as shown in the figure below, and choose the copy mode as shown in the figure below.

4. Connect the network cable between the sending card and receiving card in the computer, and connect the power supply and ribbon cable of the display screen.

2、 Debugging the display area controlled by a single receiving card (usually a box) (taking the P16 display screen in Yingjing County, Ya’an as an example, the Ya’an display screen has a single box size of 64 × 48). The wiring connecting the adapter card to the display screen must be correct, otherwise the smart settings will not recognize the display screen correctly. When entering the settings interface, you need to operate while carefully watching the changes on the display screen, which will prompt you with all the operation steps.

1. Double click on the desktop LED screen settings to enter the LED settings interface.

2. Click on ‘Set Parametersand enter password 168.

3. Enter the settings interface, adjust the resolution of the display mode under the sending card (this resolution needs to be greater than the resolution of the large screen), and then click on the receiving card.

4. The following interface appears.

5. Click on Smart Settings to enter Smart Settings Wizard 1, as shown below.

a. Display screen type: Select full-color real image count;

b. Number of module information points: Enter the number of light beads controlled by a receiving card (if the Ya’an P16 receiving card controls a box with a size of 64 × 48, then enter 64 for X and 48 for Y in the number of points);

c. The number of data interfaces in the module information refers to the number of cables that need to be led out by the receiving card;

d. Number of data cable groups per port in module information: The number of data cable groups per port varies for different models of displays. (Generally, if the display screen uses a 16 pin ribbon cable, the number of data cable groups per port is 1; if the display screen uses a 20 pin ribbon cable, the number of data cable groups per port is 2; if the display screen uses a 26 pin ribbon cable, the number of data cable groups per port is 3).

e. Data type: red green (blue) separated.

f. Decoding method: Different models of display screens have different decoding methods (generally all indoor screens use chip 138 dekodēšana; outdoor screens P16 and P20 are static and do not require scanning)

gan. The other options will be selected by default.

6. Click OK to enter setup wizard 2, and watch the display screen for statuses 1 un 2. Select the correct display status and click Next.

7. Watch the display screen, view status 1 un 2, select the correct display status, and click Next.

8. Watch the display screen for states 1, 2, 3, un 4, select the correct display state, and click Next.

9. Watch the display screen, then select the number of bright lines and the number of spaced lines (including one bright line), and click Next.

10. Enter the following interface.

11. Place the display screen upright and see which one is lit up. Then click on the corresponding point on the computer. After clicking on each point, the display screen will prompt for the next point until the following interface appears, indicating that pixel recognition is complete. Click OK, and then click Next.

12. The following interface appears, click OK, and observe whether the display screen is displaying correctly (the correct display screen should be the upper left corner of the computer desktop).

13. Set the desired refresh rate and grayscale parameters based on the display screen and send them to the receiving card. The parameters shown in the figure below are reference parameters (note that the maximum width in the load setting must be greater than the actual width, which can be changed by changing the refresh rate, grayscale constant, and scan shift clock). Please save the set file for future use.
