The purpose of small pitch LED displays is to achieve high definition and enter the home appliance industry. Sèjousi, LED displays are used for municipal and commercial media. If we enter the home appliance industry, it will develop into a monopolistic technology in the market. Making LED display screens a household appliance that every household needs is undoubtedly a revolution in display screens. With the continuous improvement of LED display technology, small pitch LED displays are becoming increasingly perfect. After industry sedimentation, LED displays with a pitch of less than 2.5 are called small pitch LED displays. According to the data, currently the smallest spacing is p1.5, and other models include p2, p1.9, elatriye. We should consider the following issues when choosing a small spacing.
Even for products with specifications of P1.5 or smaller, to achieve full HD led screen resolution (1920 × 1080), the screen size will reach 144 inches, which requires a very large amount of space, not including the size specifications of the base. It is also difficult to find a wall that can accommodate it, and this does not include construction space.
In terms of price, due to the smaller spacing between LED light beads, the LED light beads we install are denser. Small pitch LED displays require very high requirements, and the heat dissipation, circuit or power supply are relatively high compared to other LED displays. Currently, the technology of small pitch LED displays is still in the development stage and not very mature, which has resulted in abnormally high prices. Sepandan, as the technology of small pitch LED displays becomes more mature and the production capacity increases, our prices will also decrease. Just like the mobile phones in the past, when they first came out, the prices were very expensive, but when mobile phones flooded the market, they were so worthless.
In terms of maintenance, although LED displays have a long lifespan, the large number of light beads and the lower thickness required indoors compared to outdoors result in poor heat dissipation and are prone to malfunctions. This makes maintenance relatively difficult for small pitch LED displays, but currently there are well-established technologies for maintaining LED displays. Pay attention to the following when purchasing and applying with small spacing:
The bright area ratio of an LED display screen is the ratio of each pixel on the emitting surface to the entire pixel of the LED display screen. LED display screens are composed of discrete pixel arrangements, with significant differences between pixels. Some of them have poor visual effects when viewed at close distances, and uneven brightness can result in granular objects. If the light source is located in a small pixel area, it can cause a very high brightness index of a pixel, resulting in a strong visual impact. Flat LED displays are recognized in the industry as part of the TCO’99 standard, which stipulates that LED lights should not be less than 50%. Sepandan, many LED displays on the market cannot meet this requirement.
The cut-off characteristics of the low-pass filter in television also directly affect the appropriate shooting distance of LED displays with different filling coefficients. The attenuation is greater for those with smaller filling coefficients than for those with larger filling coefficients, so taking photos requires a longer distance. If the low-pass filtering passband of the system is 4MHz and the high-frequency attenuation characteristic is 12db/octave, then a shooting distance with a filling factor of 25% will attenuate 1.15db more than a shooting distance with a filling factor of 50%, and the shooting distance needs to be increased by about 10%. The increase in filling factor makes the application of LED display screens more extensive and the color difference more ideal, perfectly solving the problem of glare. Sèjousi, the conditions for creating LED display screens are also getting better and better.
